By accessing or using the ApiBiblia API service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ApiBiblia provides a RESTful API for accessing Bible text in multiple versions and languages. The Service includes:
- Access to Bible versions, books, chapters, and verses
- Full-text search functionality
- API key management
- Usage analytics
3. API Usage
3.1 API Keys
You must obtain an API key to use the Service. You are responsible for:
- Keeping your API key confidential
- All activity that occurs under your API key
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
3.2 Rate Limits
Your use of the API is subject to rate limits based on your subscription tier:

- Use automated means to scrape or harvest content beyond API limits
- Misrepresent your application or identity
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Bible Text
Bible text accessed through the API may be subject to copyright. Public domain versions (such as Reina-Valera 1909) may be used freely. For copyrighted versions, you must comply with the respective publisher's terms.
4.2 Our Content
The ApiBiblia name, logo, and Service design are our property. You may not use these without written permission.
5. Subscription and Payment
5.1 Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Prices are in USD and do not include taxes.
5.2 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
5.3 Refunds
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Contact support for refund requests.
6. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:
- Perform maintenance with reasonable notice
- Modify or discontinue features
- Suspend accounts that violate these Terms
7. Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where ApiBiblia operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
